(Movie Viewed ___FREE BIRDS on 03Nov2013___) You know I used to love this theater but lately this theater has just dropped in quality. Lets start with a family of 4 two adults, a 4 year old and a 2 year old cost 30 dollars to see a movie, and I am a veteran they didnt allow me to choose veteran status on my movie tickets at the Kiosk. However the point was we went out for a good movie and it was intended to be a relaxing time, however when we got into the theater we noted trash from who knows when cups as well as empty popcorn containers strung about the movie theater and in the lower seated sections. We also noted an aroma that smelled of a Public restroom or a Dirty Day care smell, it was pungent and quite distracting and displeasing (Left me with a headache), We went to see if we could get our money back prior to the movie starting at was informed the management team would not be able to do so until the next day. So we went and suffered, as the movie started we noticed there was a place on the screen where it appeared during the entire movie as a bright discoloration from where the drop screen needed repairs. Ive been going to this movie theater for the better half of three years and its gone from a great well run establishment into one that is disgusting and displeasing. House keeping needs to be fired, or needs to be ripped into, and upkeep should be a prime concern as if youre going to over price food and ticket prices the least you could do is focus your attention on presenting the customers with a comfortable, and suitable environment

If i could rate this theater with zero *****stars i would . Last night me and my boyfriend and our two frinds bought tickets to sausage party we were all well over the age limit we had our tickets but 3 of us threw them away with candy wrappers. If they were to look back 5 min on the camera they wouldve seen us purchasing our tickets. One of the staff members came into the packed theater room walked over to us and asked for our tickets my boyfriend and his friend had theirs. Being that said me and his girlfriend didnt have ours , they made them two leave the movie because they were a couple and said they didnt pay for their tickets. THEY HAVE CAMERAS AND DID NOT USE THEM. WE PAID FOR OUR MOVIE. It was not busy at the time we purchased our tickets. They lady said the they d it the description. Every seat was filled the lights were off how do you know that was them if you didnt check your cameras. Also when we found a third ticket to go back in we were unable to see the same movie . They game us free movie passes as if we would want to come back. We were unable to get our money back because the little girl that could not have been out of high school ripped the ticket right in the middle of the bar code. This was the most ridiculous and embarrassing situation i had ever encounted. They pulled us out like we were criminals. Seriously i would recommend driving an extra 30 min to go somewhere else

Avoid this place at all costs (Rave Cinemas 16 at Preston Crossing). They dont know how to work a projector. Yesterday I went to go see Guardians of the Galaxy in 3D and the screen froze for 20 minutes, then they finally got it working and the 3D wouldnt sync, then they could get it to sync so they made everyone leave. No comp ticket for driving all the way out... just a refund (oh and btw the refund hasnt even processed). Not even a "hey, were sorry this other movie (Lucy) is about to start would you like to see it since your trip was wasted. I tried to complain to the manager but she said I was being "rude" and that she doesnt have to talk to me and that she doesnt have to put up with this since this is her first day on the job. I asked to speak to a General Manager and he stepped out. I had to call cinemark and they said they will contact me back (bet they dont) They wonder why movie houses are failing and folks are just waiting until 15 days after the showing to watch stuff on pay-per-view. Well I think we have our answer. crappy customer service, poorly run theaters, and dilapidated equipment.

I will never go back to this place and I will make sure to put this on fb, twitter, ig, kik, snapchat and every social media out t. I let my son use my car and go to this movies. And he took his girlfriend with him they went to the 4 something movie and when he comes out someone has broken into my car and stolen all my music which includes my speakers in the trunk and on the door and some of my cds. They stole his backpack that was in the car and they went through the glove box. I have heard over the last few months that this movie place has had quite a few car break ins and it does not seem like they are concerned about putting a stop to it. They do not have cameras in the parking lot nor do they have a security guard driving around. I will make sure everybody hears about this and I hope they will make a change or close the dam place down.

This was the first time Id been to this theatre. Its was clean and quiet. I bought my tickets online and went through the kiosk. I didnt buy any food because of the ridiculous prices but this is at any theatre. I found it hard to find seats though. I understand that some people like for a buffer seat to be in between them and strangers but I would have enjoyed the movie even more, if Id been able to sit next to my companion. I cant really blame the theatre for that even though Id like for it to be more seating, especially for a popular movie. I saw groups of people standing and watching the movie. No one came to usher them into seats. This makes it harder to be able to get up to go to the bathroom, check your cell, or get last minute refreshments because you have to step around people. Other than that, I had a nice night.

Everything was awesome except for the service behind the concession counter. There were two really long lines, and so a young man opened up a third one, but he would take an order and then instead of filling the order, he would work on starting up a popcorn machine, even though they already had one up and going. So the people in his line had to wait until he decided to continue helping them. When I arrived to the counter, he said "what do you want?", rude! And then he didnt know how to process my coupon. And he continued to walk away to work on the popcorn machine instead of filling our order promptly. I got in line before noon, our show time was 12:05, I didnt get to my seat until 12:20. Please improve your customer service experience

The theater has standard pricing on movies and concessions, which is too much in my opinion, but thats on par with everyplace else, so my rating isnt based on those data points. Rather let me comment on the facility. The seats are roomy and they have that nice hinged arm so your date can get a little closer during the scary parts. The employees always seem pleasant if not particularly well trained or displaying the common teenage trait of being a little light on common sense. The bathrooms...tolerable for most places but still not pleasant. Flushing seems optional as they smell like urine. Also, if the toilet looks worn and stained enough to make you doubt its cleanliness, replace it. Average movie house.
